You can cancel unfilled spots through your online registration account. Deposits are nonrefundable and cannot be transferred to another group or event or applied to your remaining balance.
For Florida, the cancellation deadline is April 2, 2027 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time. For Midwest, it is April 14, 2027 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time. Spots canceled after the applicable deadline remain payable in full.
Irresistible Week has a separate cancellation policy in its camp agreement.
Medical and other qualifying circumstances
A full or partial refund may be considered for a medical emergency, jury duty, military call to duty, or a death in the immediate family (parents, siblings, or grandparents). The youth pastor or group contact must submit the Refund Request Form with supporting documentation within 14 days after camp ends. Refunds are not guaranteed and are decided by BigStuf.
