About BigStuf Camps

For nearly 40 years, BigStuf has created an environment where students can encounter Jesus in powerful ways. Thousands of students have grown in their faith, formed meaningful connections, and left camp inspired to live with greater purpose.

BigStuf is designed to give students a space to step away from everyday distractions and focus on what truly matters—faith, friendships, and finding joy in their journey with Christ. These are experiences that resonate far beyond the week of camp, shaping lives and strengthening communities.

Get to Know Us

At BigStuf, we’re all about creating moments that matter. For nearly 40 years, we’ve been helping students connect with Jesus in a way that’s real, impactful, and unforgettable. Through powerful worship, dynamic teaching, and intentional small group time, BigStuf is more than a camp—it’s a place where faith comes alive and relationships are built to last.

BigStuf Camps exist to inspire students to live life with Jesus. Every summer, we welcome thousands of students and leaders to the beach for a camp experience like no other. From energetic main sessions to late-night themed parties, every moment at BigStuf is designed to create a space where faith and fun collide in a life-changing way.
BigStuf isn’t just for students—it’s for leaders, too. While students are diving into worship and meaningful small group conversations, leaders are equipped and encouraged through our Leader Labs. We know how challenging ministry can be, and we’re here to make sure leaders leave camp just as refreshed and empowered as their students.
At BigStuf, we believe that relationships are everything. Whether it’s sharing a meal, playing beach volleyball, or diving deep in a small group conversation, every moment at BigStuf is designed to foster connection—with God, with leaders, and with each other. Friends of BigStuf often say a week here builds a year’s worth of relational equity.

BIGSTUF / SINCE 1988

We make room for what matters most.

BigStuf helps churches give students five focused days to hear the truth, be known by their people, and take a lived faith back home.

WHY BIGSTUF EXISTS

Camp should do more than fill a calendar.

BigStuf gives youth ministries a focused week with a clear purpose: help students encounter Jesus, deepen the relationships already around them, and return home with something real to live out.

01

Truth that lands.

Worship and teaching meet students where they are, without talking down to them.

02

Time to be known.

Small groups and shared moments make room for honest conversations.

03

Leaders who stay.

We support the adults who will keep walking with students long after camp ends.

WHAT WE BELIEVE

The truth at the center of every week.

Our theology shapes what we teach, how we worship, and the truth students carry home. BigStuf believes in one God, Jesus Christ as the Son of God, and the Bible as God’s Word.

A SHARED FOUNDATION
TRUTH

What students hear in the room should shape how they live when they leave it.

HEAR ITBELIEVE ITLIVE IT
01

ONE GOD

God is the Creator and Ruler of the universe. He has eternally existed as the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. These three are co-equal and one God.

02

JESUS AT THE CENTER

Jesus Christ is the Son of God, co-equal with the Father. He lived a sinless life, died as the perfect sacrifice for sin, rose after three days, and will return.

03

SCRIPTURE AS OUR GUIDE

The Bible is God’s Word, written by human authors under the guidance of the Holy Spirit. It is our source of truth for Christian belief and life.

WHY THE WEEK WORKS

Every part of BigStuf has a reason.

The schedule is not a list of activities. Each part creates the conditions for students to hear truth, build trust, process honestly, and carry faith into everyday life.

01

Belong first

Students arrive with leaders and friends who already know their story, so no one has to start the week alone.

02

Focus the room

Worship and teaching create shared attention around Jesus and give everyone clear language for what matters.

03

Make room to process

Small groups slow the week down. Students can ask honest questions with people they trust.

04

Practice real life

Free time, shared meals, and everyday moments let relationships deepen before leaders carry the conversation home.

THE PEOPLE MAKE IT PERSONAL

A big room works when students never feel anonymous.
