It’s almost time — BigStuf 2026 registration opens Tuesday, September 9 at 10 AM EST and we can already feel the energy of summer coming back! Whether you’re a returning group or thinking about joining us for the first time, this is your moment to lock in the best price, the best rooms, and your spot for the best summer yet.
Here’s everything you need to know before registration opens — and why early bird is the way to go:
🗓️ BigStuf 2026 Dates
You’ve got options, but they’ll go fast.
- June 8 – 12 (Monday–Friday)
- June 12 – 16 (Friday–Tuesday)
- June 16 – 20 (Tuesday–Saturday)
Each 5-day camp includes:
• 4 nights of lodging
• 7 sessions (with worship, teaching, and games that go all-out)
• 10 meals
• Location: Boardwalk Beach Hotel | Panama City Beach, FL
• For: Middle and High School Students
💸 Registration Tiers & Pricing
Register early to lock in the lowest price and your preferred room assignments:
- Early Bird (Sept 9 – Oct 6): $514/person
- Regular (Oct 7 – Jan 19): $524/person
- Last Minute (Jan 20 and after): $529/person
- Deposit: $80 per person (non-refundable), must be paid within 15 days of registration to hold your spot.

🐦 Why Early Bird is a Big Deal
Let’s say you’re bringing 50 students. You’d save $750 just by registering early. That’s money that can go toward transportation, scholarships, leader costs, or Chick-fil-A on the way home.
Early Bird groups also get priority access to room assignments, meaning you’re more likely to get your preferred condo layouts and locations. Rooms go fast, and groups that register later often miss out on first choices.
