How can we help?

What on-site rules should my group know before BigStuf?

A quick guide to beach safety, campus rules, meals, sessions, dress code, and curfew.

Review these practical rules with students before camp and follow any additional instructions shared by BigStuf staff on-site:

  • Beach safety: Follow posted beach warning flags and staff instructions. Do not enter the Gulf when conditions or warning flags prohibit swimming.
  • Pool safety: Use the pools responsibly and follow all posted rules.
  • Big Room: Food and drinks are not allowed in the main worship and teaching space.
  • Campus movement: Scooters and hammocks are not permitted on campus. Keep the boardwalk and other walkways clear.
  • Dress code: Follow the current BigStuf dress code throughout camp. Staff may ask attendees to change clothing that does not meet the guidelines.
  • Curfew: Return to assigned rooms by the curfew listed in the current camp schedule.
  • Meals: BigStuf meals are served under the pavilion during designated dining times. Additional snacks may be purchased at the on-site snack bar.
  • Property care: Respect hotel rooms, balconies, common areas, and other guests. Group leaders remain responsible for supervising their students.

Schedules and on-site instructions may change, so group leaders should use the current camp materials as the final source for timing and operational details.
