Review camp expectations with your students and leaders before arrival so everyone can enjoy the week.
Groups need at least five people, a primary leader age 21 or older, and a chaperone for each gender of students attending. All adult leaders and volunteers age 18 or older must complete a background check and be cleared by church leadership before arrival. Group leaders remain responsible for student supervision throughout camp.
- No smoking, drugs, or alcohol on camp premises.
- Respect personal boundaries, belongings, property, and the BigStuf dress code.
- Follow venue, waterfront, lifeguard, and BigStuf staff safety instructions.
- Groups are responsible for property damage caused by their attendees.
Florida on-site rules
Food and drinks are not permitted in the Big Room. Scooters and hammocks are not permitted on campus at BigStuf Florida.
Florida beach and pool safety
Follow posted beach warning flags and staff instructions. Do not enter the Gulf when warning flags or conditions prohibit swimming. Follow posted pool rules and keep the boardwalk and other walkways clear.
Before each camp, review the BigStuf Code of Conduct and the current venue rules with your group.
Before arrival
Every student and leader must complete BigStuf Participant Release Forms through the registration system. Church forms do not replace them, and completed forms are required for admission.
Every attendee must have medical insurance. If a group brings an uninsured attendee, the group accepts responsibility for their medical fees. Parents and guardians should have a cell phone number for the group leader or another leader attending.
