Rooming blocks will be assigned based on the total number of males and females attending with your group. For example, if your group has 10 males and 11 females, we will likely assign you 4 rooms. Two rooms that sleep 5 for your males along with 1 room that sleeps 5 and 1 room that sleeps 6 for your females. All 5 person rooms have two double beds with one rollaway cot and 6 person rooms are either 2 queen beds and 1 sleeper sofa or2 queen beds and a set of bunk beds. If you have a request to the layout of the room that your group needs, based on church policy, please reach out to Dani Smith at dani@bigstuf.com as soon as possible.
