BigStuf Changes Summer Camp Schedule Due to the Impact of COVID-19
BigStuf is a ministry built around summer camps that bring middle school and high school students together to grow in their relationships with each other through Jesus.
Alpharetta (April 29, 2020) BigStuf Ministries announces a series of changes to the Summer 2020 camp schedule. For the last 31 years, BigStuf has been dedicated to ministry through fun, relevant, engaging programming. BigStuf employs and contracts 70 people to coordinate programming and vendors for the camp. This year 12,000 students are scheduled to attend camp from more than 20 states.
Due to the impacts of COVID-19 and recent state-wide policies limiting social gatherings, BigStuf Camps decided to eliminate June camp programming. Campers who had planned to attend a June camp session will be able to move to a July session. More information on deposit policies can be found here.
BigStuf is currently offering three, 5-day camp sessions while working to add additional camps as there is limited space. The updated July camp dates and schedules are available here.
The camp's partner hotels and vendors are equipped with precautionary measures to ensure the safety of all attendees, based on the guidelines set forth by the CDC and WHO.
Additional support is available to those affected by this announcement. For questions and concerns about your group's reservation, see our COVID-19 FAQs or contact our Leader Relations team at firstname.lastname@example.org
